What you're agreeing to

Everything CrossXCloud provisions lives in your cloud accounts, created with your credentials. If you cancel, stop paying, or we terminate your account, none of it is touched.

We don't hold it, can't reclaim it, and acquire no control over it. Your canvas and credentials stay on your machine too.

They're encrypted on your device and sealed under a passphrase only you know. They are never transmitted to us.

The direct consequence: if you lose that passphrase, nobody can recover those credentials - not you, not us. That's a deliberate design property, not a gap. Keep it somewhere safe.

Credits are spent only when an apply step actually changes cloud infrastructure. Drawing on the canvas, diffing against your live cloud, generating plans, and browsing version history are all free, always.

If you run out, nothing locks up - your canvas, plans, history, and existing infrastructure stay fully available. Only further apply steps pause until your allowance resets or you top up.

Our fees cover CrossXCloud. They have nothing to do with what AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Hetzner charge you - those go straight to your provider.

A single apply step costs one credit but can create infrastructure costing far more than one credit. Review every plan before applying it; we show you each step precisely so you can.

Two things run continuously on our infrastructure and cost us real money: the relay that brokers connections when a direct one isn't possible, and the hosted collector that stores and serves your metrics. Those need a plan that includes them.

Anything that runs entirely on infrastructure you control stays free:

• a direct connection to your own server
• a telemetry collector you host yourself

Windows SmartScreen and macOS Gatekeeper will warn you that the publisher is unverified. That's expected right now, and we'd rather say so than have you wonder.

Download only from this site, and check the published checksums before installing - until signing lands, that's how you verify a build is genuinely ours.

CrossXCloud is under active development. Features change, behaviour changes, and there are defects. Anything marked preview or beta can change or disappear without notice.

We provide it as-is, and our liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last twelve months - which is zero on the Free plan. That's the honest trade for software that provisions live infrastructure.

The usual: don't redistribute, resell, or reverse engineer it, don't strip our notices, and don't build a competitor out of it.

Also don't work around credit accounting or entitlement checks. Good-faith security research is explicitly welcome - report it to us privately and we won't come after you for it.

The app collects usage analytics so we can improve it. It is not a condition of using CrossXCloud, and you can disable it.
