Two documents, two jobs

These Terms cover your account and our hosted services - the relay, hosted monitoring, the web app.

The desktop application itself is covered by the End User License Agreement. If you only ever run CrossXCloud locally against your own clouds, that's the one that matters to you.

Clause 1.3

Plans belong to organisations, not people

Credits, plans, and entitlements attach to an organisation. Everyone in it shares the same balance.

If you join someone else's organisation, its administrators can see your activity inside it, manage your access, and remove you.

Clauses 3.2, 3.3

Running out of credits doesn’t lock anything

A credit is spent only when an apply step changes real infrastructure. Drawing, diffing, planning, and version history are always free.

At zero, your canvas, plans, history, and existing infrastructure all keep working. Only further apply steps pause.

Clauses 5.2, 5.3

Your cloud bill is yours, and it can dwarf ours

CrossXCloud acts on your cloud accounts with your credentials. Everything AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or Hetzner charges goes straight to you from them.

One apply step costs one credit but can create infrastructure costing far more. Review every plan before applying - we show you each step so you can.

Clauses 9.1, 9.3

Relay and hosted monitoring need a plan; your own infrastructure doesn’t

Those two run continuously on our servers and cost us real money, so they're gated on a plan that includes them.

Anything running entirely on infrastructure you control stays free - a direct connection to your own server, or a collector you host yourself.

Clauses 6.1, 6.2

Leaving doesn’t touch what you built

Cancel, stop paying, or get terminated - infrastructure already running in your cloud accounts is entirely unaffected. We don't remove it and never gain control over it.

Data held in our services is deleted on the schedule in the Privacy Policy, so export anything you want to keep before closing your account.

Clauses 10.4, 10.5

What you build stays yours

Your project definitions, canvas layouts, version history, and telemetry belong to you. We take only the licence needed to store and display them back to you, and it ends when you delete them.

Clauses 8.1, 8.2

No SLA yet, and it’s early

We don't offer a service level agreement today; the Services run on a reasonable-efforts basis, and preview features can change or disappear.

Liability is capped at what you've paid us in the past twelve months - zero on the Free plan. That's the honest trade for early software that provisions live infrastructure.

Clauses 7.1, 7.4, 13.3

Payments, taxes, and law

Payments run through PayOS in Vietnamese Dong; we never see your card details. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. If you're a consumer, your local consumer protections still apply regardless.

Clauses 5.5, 5.7, 17.1, 17.4

It is written for clarity, not for precision, and it is not the agreement itself. Where this summary and the full text differ, the full text governs.
